Return & Exchange Policy
We care for our customers 🤍 That's why every purchase comes with a 48-hour checking warranty (as per Sunnah).
✨ Terms:
- Return/exchange valid within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product & packaging must be in the same brand-new condition as delivered.
- Company seals must remain intact.
- Damaged products or broken seals will not be accepted.
- You're free to check/authenticate your product during these 48 hours.
- Queries/complaints should be reported within the given time.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs apply unless item is defective)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item is defective)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- You can exchange for a different size, color, or product
- Price difference will be calculated and charged/refunded accordingly
- Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchange orders
⚠️ Important Notes
- The 48-hour warranty period starts from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned
- Sale items may have different return policies (check product page for details)
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements
